This lovely brand new home in Brewster is in a great location! There are trails adjacent to the property that lead right to Nickerson State Parks for beautiful hiking trails and ponds to swim. Just a short stroll away at apprx. 1/2 a mile is Owl Pond where you can canoe or paddleboard. This home features a spacious layout great for the whole family. The large deck in the back with beautiful views and scenery is the perfect spot to lounge outside and enjoy the Cape Cod outdoors.
There is central A/C throughout the home, gas grill out on the deck with table and chairs. There are 2 smart TVs with expanded cable and streaming ability as well as high speed WIFI.

The town of Orleans is just a short drive away as well. Great restaurants, shops and beaches are so convenient.

This is a beautiful new, well-equipped home very well located in a nice Brewster neighborhood near Nickerson State Park and Orleans. My husband and I stayed there with our 2 adult children and their spouses and the house accommodates 6 people nicely – 6 places to sit in the living room and 6 seats at both the large kitchen table and the deck table. The two upstairs bedrooms each have a twin bed with bed rails in addition to the queen bed in them making the house good for families with small children too. There is a large sectional sofa in the upstairs common area so there is lots of room to spread out. The big deck and nice outdoor shower are also worth noting.We loved that there were nice hiking trails into Nickerson basically right outside of the front door. It’s an easy walk to the beach there or to rent canoes/kayaks and you avoid paying the entrance fee. There is another pond easy walking distance from the house in the other direction too. The driveway to the house involves a steep hill which might be tricky in the winter, but it accommodated two cars and street parking was an option.Justin and his team at Rock Harbor Rentals were great to work with in every way – quick response time, accommodating, flexible, and they thoughtfully provided great ideas for what to do on a rainy day! We would definitely rent this house again and recommend it without hesitation
