Love to bike or walk? Step right from the backyard onto the Cape Cod Rail Trail for easy adventures with family and friends. Thoughtfully designed for families who enjoy biking, strolling, and relaxing, our home includes everything you need for a carefree stay: fresh linens, bath towels, and beach towels are all provided.

The Space
This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath Cape is tucked on a peaceful cul-de-sac and thoughtfully set up for 6 people. You’ll enjoy:

• 2 full bathrooms, one on each floor, and an outdoor shower
• A/C throughout the house to keep you cool on warm summer days

• A sunny dining area with sliding glass doors opening to the deck with patio seating & Adirondack chairs for relaxing

Unique Benefits

Our house is very private. We are at the end of a cul de sac so no noisy through traffic. There are kids in the neighborhood who are here year round which is also nice as they tend to play at the cul de sac. Our back yard is also very private and has great views of the sky and stars. The access to the bike path is the best part about our property. You can go right to head towards restaurants, shopping and other conveniences or take a left and head towards the beautiful Depot and Great pond views or towards the Salt Pond Visitor Center.

Why Kids Love It

We have a lot of family games in the house for use and a nice Roku TV in the den for movie night. Outside you can see a lot of local wildlife including many different birds, and wild turkeys.
