10 Best Free Attractions on Cape Cod<\/h2>\n

Cape Cod Baseball League<\/a> (Multiple Locations)<\/h2>\n

Take in a free baseball game while at the Cape. The schedule is published on the site for different locations throughout Cape Cod.\u00a0 There are games almost everyday during the season.<\/p>\n

National Marine Life Center<\/a> (Bourne)<\/h2>\n

Founded in 1995, the National Marine Life Center is an independent, non-profit organization. They rehabilitate and release stranded marine mammals and sea turtles in order to advance science and education in marine wildlife health and conservation. The Discovery Center is free to walk around on your own or you can schedule a guided activity.<\/p>\n

Nauset Lighthouse<\/a> (Eastham)<\/h2>\n

Nauset Light is the most well-known and photographed lighthouse on Cape Cod. It is also an important part of Eastham’s cultural and maritime history. The tours are free. This is a great opportunity to learn some history about the Cape.<\/p>\n

Race Point Lighthouse<\/a> (Provincetown)<\/h2>\n

The Race Point Lighthouse is open for touring on the first and third Saturdays from June until October. You can get to the lighthouse by walking or with your own four-wheel drive vehicle, however, this requires the proper permit.<\/p>\n

French Cable Station Museum<\/a> (Orleans)<\/h2>\n

Free guided tours are available here. You will see a historic collection of original Atlantic undersea telegraphic cables, instruments, maps, and assorted memorabilia. This is a great place for history buffs and is family friendly.<\/p>\n

Provincetown Public Library<\/a> (Provincetown)<\/h2>\n

A cultural center for literature, art, theater, cinema, events\u2014and inspiration.\u00a0 The Provincetown Public Library houses nearly 40,000 items, more than 30 works of art from the Town\u2019s Art Collection, and the Rose Dorothea schooner model.<\/p>\n

Cape Cod Lavender Farm<\/a> (Harwich)<\/h2>\n

Cape Cod Lavender Farm is a family-owned business located at the heart of 11 secluded acres. Boasting over 7,000 plants. The property is surrounded by 75 acres of conservation land with woodland walking trails. The farm is seasonal and is free to visit.<\/p>\n

Cornelia Carey Sanctuary – The Knob<\/a> (Woods Hole)<\/h2>\n

The Knob continues to be a major attraction to the public for its nature walk, birding, marsh, coastal bank and its spectacular views of Quissett Harbor and Buzzards Bay.<\/p>\n

Crosby Mansion<\/a> (Brewster)<\/h2>\n

The Crosby mansion is a monument to an earlier time, a time of opulence, grandeur and painstaking craftsmanship. It stands tall on a rise of land with sweeping views of Cape Cod Bay. The mansion is available to tour in the summer starting in May.<\/p>\n
