Policy: No partial weeks during summer. No pets allowed. This property has a Saturday turnover. Guest limit (7) is the total of adults and children. A reservation fee of $100 and a refundable security deposit of $500 apply. Security deposit refunds are processed 10 days after checkout. Guests are responsible for providing linens and towels, putting out the trash for pickup, and returning the property to presentable condition. A limited changeover cleaning is included. There are no additional charges.

Beautiful home with a great porch that had plenty of space for our family. The kitchen had everything and then some. Just steps away from the picturesque and clean Baker's Pond, this was a perfect place. The only negative we found was the extremely steep driveway, we figured we got our exercise in walking it multiple times a day. They really should hire a new cleaning staff too, but that doesn't detract from the great time we had. Have to also mention the very comfy beds. Loved our stay!!!
