Policy: No partial weeks during summer. No pets allowed. This property has a Saturday turnover. Guest limit (8) is the total of adults and children. A reservation fee of $100 and a refundable security deposit of $500 apply. Security deposit refunds are processed 10 days after checkout. Guests are responsible for providing linens and towels, putting out the trash for pickup, and returning the property to presentable condition. A limited changeover cleaning is included. There are no additional charges.

Nelson K.Excellent house relatively close to Skaket Beach & Rail Trail
The house has four bedrooms. The 4th must be entered through another bedroom. The three upstairs bedrooms share a single bathroom. The outside deck is relatively large and easily accessible from kitchen. The kitchen is well-appointed. The downstairs bedroom is large with a good bathroom and shower. No linens are provided. We spent a lot of time there. If one of the tenants is willing to drop others at Skaket Beach, return home and walk back (20 minutes), the $35 parking charge can be avoided. We did this, but it was a little too far to walk in hot weather. A bicycle would be good and there is a bike rack at the beach (with no charge). The rail trail is easily accessible in five minutes on mostly quiet streets. The exit by car on Mallard Street must be carefully negotiated due to cars coming too fast around a hidden curve. We liked the house and may rent it again.
