Beautiful Home in Upscale Neighborhood

I have been renting from Connie for several years. She is a joy and prompt in getting back to me. The home is lovely; well appointed with plenty of space. If you are a party of six there is lots of privacy,,,,,,places you can go off to and be by yourself. A wonderful space greets you when you walk in with high ceilings and beautiful light. In the evening our Family retires here to watch tv. The sofa is so comfortable and the room is a good size. The Kitchen has everything you need to cook. There are plenty of pots and pans, beautiful dishware, a large refrigerator and gas stove. Right off the Kitchen is a place to eat with a nice table and chairs that opens into the Living Room with a 2nd tv and 2 comfy sofas. I love this room because it has 2 sliding doors that lead to a very large private deck and back yard. There is a sofa with cushions and comfy chairs on the deck.. Lovely flowering plants in pots. We enjoy most of our time out here enjoying the nice mix of shade and sun. There is a hammock and clothesline for wet suits and towels. The outdoor shower is H/C and is a joy to shower in looking up at the sky and pines. There is a private path that leads to the bike trail. The AC splits are new and in every room. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans and very comfortable beds. Beautiful artwork, nice furnishings and table lamps throughout the house. Happy Trails is not a generic Cape rental. Its location is one of the reasons I keep returning. A beautiful Bay beach is 5 minutes (less than a mile) from the house. We photograph and hike at nearby First Encounter Beach and the 2 Ocean Beaches are gorgeous!The home is located on a quiet culdesac. Very peaceful. And the best part of it all is that our 2 dogs are able to be with us!!
