Sunny, Charming, 3 BR, Kid-Friendly, Updated Farmhouse w/AC

Last year our family decided to vacation down on Cape Cod after years of vacations in Maine. We were so lucky to have found this vacation house! It had everything! A beautiful private back yard, inside is spread out so even a large family has room. It is close to the beaches, shopping and restaurants!

We enjoyed it so much we are returning again and hopefully for many years to come! The hosts are very very nice! It's a win win for a great family vacation! Great memories!.

We have stayed at this vacation home for a number of years now. It really does feel like coming home. This property is impeccably maintained, inside and out. We appreciate the welcome basket with wine, hand sanitizer and other helpful items. We also really liked this year that linens for each bed were in individual large bags to ensure cleanliness and safety. It is nice to have books and games to use throughout our stay; the children always check these out as soon as we arrive! We always enjoy using the grill and patio- what could be better on a beautiful summer night; than fresh cod on the grill, with a glass of wine!

Small touches, like the owner checking in before, during and after our stay, make us feel welcome and wanting to return time and again. Once, when our umbrella blew away in a storm, the owner replaced it quickly and respected our privacy by asking when would be a good time for them to come by. They also left beautiful hydrangeas on the patio table! Finally, this home is close to so many places- the beach, Chatham, restaurants, the baseball field, etc. It is convenient and beautiful- we plan on returning each summer, as long as we are able!.
