Policy: No partial weeks during summer. No pets allowed. This property has a Saturday turnover. Guest limit (6) is the total of adults and children. A reservation fee of $80 and a refundable security deposit of $300 apply. Security deposits are returned a month after checkout. Guests are responsible for providing linens and towels, putting out the trash for pickup, and returning the property to presentable condition. A changeover cleaning is included. There are no additional charges.

We enjoyed our week at your home TY. The location was perfect and tge beads cozy afyer a long day at the beach 2 minutes away !! The neighbors were friendly . They even offered us bikes !! Would love to return next summer !!
