Policy: No partial weeks during summer. No pets allowed. This property has a Saturday turnover. Guest limit (8) is the total of adults and children. A reservation fee of $80 and a refundable security deposit of $500 apply. Security deposits are returned a month after checkout. Guests are responsible for providing linens and towels, putting out the trash for pickup, and returning the property to presentable condition. A changeover cleaning is included. There are no additional charges.

Beautiful home close to everything in Eastham, wonderfully updated and cozy. Accommodations were perfect for everyone in our party , from my 91 year old mother in-law to my 6 year old granddaughter. So much family fun and memories. everyone enjoyed the trail walk to the pond beach. Has to be the best place we have stayed at in all my years going to the cape. Would definitely love to stay there when we go to the Cape again.
