A reservation fee of $80 and a refundable security deposit of $300 apply. Security deposits are returned a month after checkout. There are no additional charges.

David H.Perfect family friendly home in Eastham.
Conveniently located Eastham home was the spot for our family to enjoy a week on the Cape. The house had all the amenities that a small family needed, and featured a spacious back porch for us to gather throughout the day. Within a mile walk or bike is the beautiful Cape Cod Bay, and several restaurants and coffee shops.
