A reservation fee of $80 and a refundable security deposit of $300 apply. Security deposits are returned a month after checkout. Guests are responsible for providing linens and towels, putting out the trash for pickup, and returning the property to presentable condition. A changeover cleaning is included. There are no additional charges.

Barbara J.Cozy cottage close to Kingsbury Beach
Enjoyed our late summer stay in this cozy cottage. It was a nice quick walk to Kingsbury Beach. The indoor space was all you need for 4 and well equipped. The outdoor deck and fire pit are spacious with an abundance of seating. Location is convenient to accessing back roads to Orleans or jumping on Rt 6 at a traffic light for safety. We lucked out to find a place last minute that welcomed our dog. Thank you!

It was a wonderful week to rent this property.The property is centrally located on Cape Cod.. The property was in excellent condition. More than enough room for 2 adults and Dog. Everything included dishes, streaming TV and internet. A lot of privacy. Sleeps 4. Outside shower. Fire pit. Overall a great property.

Quiet location. Nice backyard with firepit.House could have been a bit cleaner. Mattress covers looked dirty and should have been replaced.
