Policy: No partial weeks during summer. This property has a Saturday turnover. Guest limit (4) is the total of adults and children. A reservation fee of $80 and a refundable security deposit of $300 apply. Security deposits are returned a month after checkout. Guests are responsible for providing linens and towels, putting out the trash for pickup, and returning the property to presentable condition. A changeover cleaning is included. There are no additional charges.

It was a wonderful week to rent this property.The property is centrally located on Cape Cod.. The property was in excellent condition. More than enough room for 2 adults and Dog. Everything included dishes, streaming TV and internet. A lot of privacy. Sleeps 4. Outside shower. Fire pit. Overall a great property.

Quiet location. Nice backyard with firepit.House could have been a bit cleaner. Mattress covers looked dirty and should have been replaced.
