Policy: No partial weeks during summer. This property has a Saturday turnover. Guest limit (8) is the total of adults and children. A reservation fee of $80 and a refundable security deposit of $300 apply. Security deposits are returned a month after checkout. Guests are responsible for providing linens and towels, putting out the trash for pickup, and returning the property to presentable condition. A changeover cleaning is included. There are no additional charges.
