There is plenty of room for parking, even for a boat if you bring one. Well behaved dogs (up to 2) are welcome and will have their own bed to sleep on. Family friendly with a baby gate and small Pack N Play available for use. Ductless A/C upstairs and down. Policy: No partial weeks during summer. This property has a Saturday turnover. Guest limit (6) is the total of adults and children. A reservation fee of $80 and a refundable security deposit of $500 apply. Security deposits are returned a month after checkout. Guests are responsible for providing linens and towels, putting out the trash for pickup, and returning the property to presentable condition. A changeover cleaning is included. There are no additional charges.
