A reservation fee of $80 and a refundable security deposit of $500 apply. Security deposits are returned a month after checkout. Guests are responsible for providing linens and towels, putting out the trash for pickup, and returning the property to presentable condition. A changeover cleaning is included. There are no additional charges.

Holly G.A Gem Near the Bay
This beautiful home was a delight for my family! A very short walk to Boat Meadow Landing, which is a terrific spot to watch the sunset, walk at low tide and play in the water during high tide! The home itself has plenty of space for six people, a beautiful yard looking over the marsh and all the amenities that you can think of. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a rental property decorated so uniquely and lovely! Everything about this home makes us want to return!
