Our main goal was to escape TX heat in August! CHECK! Great temps for our 3 weeks! Exploring the cape was another goal, CHECK! Staying in a lovely home (not just a house!) was a must, CHECK! Great home! Lovely, quiet neighborhood near to beaches and neighboring towns. Beach pass was a wonderful perk! House was well supplied with everything you could need. Beautiful landscaping and garden! Added to the retreat we were looking for. Jonathan was a great host and a pleasure to work with! We certainly hope to return!

My family loved this home. It was meticulous, thoughtfully furnished, had plenty of spaces for us to be together and separate, indoors and outdoors. My family loved the outdoor shower, there are even basic seasonings and shampoos in a pinch. The beach sticker is an imperative and the location is super convenient to Dowse’s, Craigville, and Dowse’s beaches, to Four Seas, and to Hyannis. We would stay here again any time and the owners were welcoming, responsive, helpful, but not intrusive. Highly recommend!

We rented this home for five weeks in September/October of 2022 and returned this June for another three week stay. This is a beautiful home and includes all the things you'd want to make it feel like home --- beautifully updated and renovated, modern kitchen and laundry facilities, fully stocked kitchen with all the little things like cutting boards, a garlic press, great utensils, etc. in order to prepare a real meal those nights you don't want to go out.The neighborhood is delightful. It is close to the bustle and restaurants of downtown Hyannis but sufficiently off the beaten path that you can take an evening stroll or bike around the circle. People are friendly. Four Seas Ice Cream is probably no more than 1/2 a mile away, Craigville Beach and the penny candy at the Country Store just slighly further. There is also a private beach less than 200' yards away which was a delight.The owners are not local but indicated that had family local if we needed anything. They sent us a welcoming text when we arrived to confirm that everything was in great condition and made us feel welcome.The house itself is thoughtfully furnished with ample room to spread out. Wifi and cell service were strong and we were able to work effectively in every room in the house AND at the table in the backyard. Since we weren't entirely on vacation that was important.We are really pleased and recommend this property highly. You won't be disappointed.

This is a wonderful home, fully stocked and very comfortable. Everything is new and high quality. Little touches like beach gear, games, insulated water bottles, etc we're so appreciated for our trip. This place is very spacious as well, you could easily fit two families. The host is super helpful and quick to answer. Also, they provide a beach pass which is a huge benefit. Every beach requires a fee to park, and this pass means you park for free and can go to the less crowded residents only beaches. Lastly the private circle's beach is great for kids! This location is perfect for a lot of adventures. Really a hidden gem.

Karin W.Family friendly comfortable beach house
This house is a gem. Totally brand newly renovated with all the right touches. Outdoor shower. Beach chairs, beach towels, and resident beach pass (critical for the Cape!). Jonathan, the owner, reached out multiple times just to check in. We stayed with extended family and everyone was so comfortable. Multiple living areas - indoors and out. Two miles to the beach - easy to carpool to use the one resident beach pass. Well stocked kitchen and grill - we cooked almost every night, getting fish from the Fish Market a mile away. Lovely to walk to the local pond - kids even kayaked. Board games and puzzles galore, corn hole kept the kids occupied. And definitely multiple trips to Four Seas ice cream - the absolute hands down winner of Cape ice cream wars in our estimation. We're already talking about how and when we can come back again!!!
