The kitchen has stainless appliances, granite countertops, cathedral ceiling with skylight and opens into the dining area. There is a spacious family room overlooking the back yard with a twin bed and two more twins in the daybed. Not only has the entire interior been redecorated, there’s a new Trex deck with conversation seating and a bar, a spacious new outside shower, a dining patio and an oversized stone fire pit and patio. Sorry, no smoking, no pets allowed. Renters must pay $500 security deposit refundable if house is left in same condition as delivered with no broken or missing items. 8 people MAX no exceptions.
