Incredible spot! Expansive Cape cottage on a bluff in Nauset Heights overlooking Nauset Inlet and the Atlantic with upper level deck and a private stairway down to the beach. Casual Old Cape Cod with pine panelling throughout. The main floor bedrooms consist of a large bedroom with queen bed and a second bedroom with built in bunk beds. Upstairs are three more bedrooms: One with two twin beds, the second with a double and the third bedroom has a built in bunk bed. This property is wonderful for a relaxing vacation with its direct beach access, outstanding views, the sound of the crashing waves and also access to an association staircase that leads to the tranquil water of Nauset Inlet just down the road. Air Conditioning for every room-- wall units downstairs and window units in the bedrooms.

Guests are responsible for providing linens and towels, putting out the trash for pickup, and returning the property to presentable condition. A limited changeover cleaning is included. There are no additional charges.
