Guests are responsible for providing linens and towels, putting out the trash for pickup, and returning the property to presentable condition. A limited changeover cleaning is included. This house is in a wonderful location on Bakers Pond in Orleans. Easy to get to Skaket beach, Nauset Beach, 6 & all the fun spots in Orleans. Comfortable with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and big rooms with a great breezeway entrance. Good for 4-5 people. Had a good vacation.
