You’ll find our home convenient to area beaches and local attractions. Spend the day at Englewood Beach (1 mile), Colonial Acres (1 mile) or the famous Sea Gull Beach (1.5 miles) on Nantucket Sound. Have fun at area attractions such as the Cape Cod Inflatable Park and ice cream shop (.5 miles), just minutes to 4 mini golfs, and the Whydah Pirate Museum, eat at several of the best local spots for breakfast, lunch or dinner (1/2-1 mile). Conveniently located at the beginning of the Cod Rail Trail (bike path). Bike to National Seashore or Provincetown. Only 2.3 miles to Hyannis Marina where you can take the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket for a day trip.
Bedrooms: 3+ bedrooms and two full baths. Master bedroom has a California king size bed, a sofa bed and plenty of storage. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and bedroom 3 has a full over full bunk beds, perfect for the kids. There is an office/4th bedroom on first floor with a queen size pull-out sleeper sofa should you need to accommodate more guests. The house sleeps 8 comfortably.
Kitchen: fully equipped with a breakfast nook, stove, microwave, large refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig K-Duo coffee maker (K-Cup pods and ground coffee), toaster, kettle, blender, and a complete set of pots, pans, utensils, dishes, glasses, flatware, supplies, etc.
Living room: tons of space to relax at the end of a busy day, 55'' smart TV, WiFi, and fireplace.
Dining room: big table that sits 8 people.
Play room with a ping pong table and other games, perfect for those rainy days.
The entire house has new central AC, high speed WiFi, washer/dryer on first floor and plenty of parking space – up to 6 cars. Beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers are stored in the garage for all guests to enjoy.
Fully fenced in backyard with a new outdoor shower, lounge area, gas grill, fire pit, patio and dining furniture and a hummock. There is a sand "beach" area with tons of sand toys for the kids to play with.
For the little ones, we have a pack-and-play, 2 high chairs, bouncy seat, BABYBJÖRN potty, plates and toys galore stored in one of the closets.
Available weekly (Sunday to Sunday), 2 night minimum or monthly during off-season.

My family had the best time in Denitsa's home! The house is cozy yet spacious and easily fit 7 adults. It was incredibly clean and updated, had a large yard with lots to do, and the location was perfect. We will definitely be back!

Beautifully maintained, this house hit all the high notes for our family with young children and golden retriever. Complete with a lovely patio, fire pit and a section of beach sand for kids, there is plenty to do for children if it's not a beach or gift shop days. Beaches are only a 10 minute car ride away. Even though it's on a busy street, the fenced in yard gives you piece of mind. House and pet expectations are clearly posted throughout the house so that there are no questions. We really appreciated that. Oh, I almost forgot about the wonderful outdoor shower made our return from the beach seamless! We'll be back!

We had a wonderful time staying at this pet/kid friendly beach home. The house is clean, beautifully decorated, and well kept. My kids enjoyed playing in the fenced in yard and everything was super cozy! This house is close to EVERYTHING. Restaurants, mini-golf, grocery store, shopping, ice-cream, arcade, indoor water park, multiple beaches and parks. The beach is gorgeous and easily accessible. I honestly can't say enough about the location of this home and of course, the home itself. The owner is responsive, honest and really tries to do everything she can for her guests. We LOVED it and will be back!!

Barbra D.The Blue Clam is a gem
We had a memorable stay at the Blue Clam. This home is centrally located and easy to get to all our favorite spots. The hostess was very accommodating and available for any questions. The home is well equipped for our young family with high hair, pack and play & plenty of toys. The yard was recently renovated with a gorgeous stone patio and an outdoor shower. The yard is fenced- in , great for our 2 dogs. The back yard gets plenty of shade for late afternoon relaxation while the children napped. The furniture inside was beautiful and the home was tastefully decorated. Everything inside was immaculate. We look forward to making our visits there a family tradition!
