Regardless of the weather, we had a great week. House was very comfortable and close to everything. Can walk to a few beaches close by, but they had a lot of seaweed. If want to go to other beaches, need to figure out parking .Need parking passes.

Alison B.spacious, comfortable house near the beach
We really enjoyed our stay at this spacious home, located near the Mid-Cape beaches, and close to Harwich Port. The house is nicely furnished and air-conditioned--great for warm humid nights. There is a large screened porch with tables for dining or drinks, which we used every day, but there's also an indoor dining room and a living room open to the kitchen. The kitchen is up to date and well-equipped. Our family party included some older adults, who appreciated the main floor bedroom and bathroom, but there are three bedrooms on the upper floor, one with an en-suite half bath. This rental includes all linens, which is very helpful if you are coming from out of state. The grounds are nicely maintained, with flowering shrubs and plants, as well as a gas grill. Nina was very helpful in providing information about the house as well as nearby attractions.

Having the best location allowed us to walk to the beach, restaurants, and entertainment. We also were centrally located to drive to such things as the Nantucket ferry and many small town centers. We had a great week!

Our family just had a wonderful late fall vacation that we enjoyed the quiet and peaceful mid-Cape! Nina is nice person and easy to work with during the whole process.
