This is a family owned and operated vacation home. We use this home ourselves and have paid close attention to details to ensure comfort for both our family and yours.

3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Garage, hardwood floors. The kitchen offers granite countertop. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking at home with pots, pans, plates, glasses, cooking utensils. stainless steel appliances and a new dishwasher.

HOUSE RULES:

Please keep our home in good shape and ready for our next guest. There are heavy penalties for breaking some of these rules due to the damage it can cause to our home.
Please throw all the trash away, turn things off and return the keys.

NO PETS: We have a strict no pet policy. No type of pets is allowed.

NO SMOKING OR VAPING: We have a strict non-smoking and no vaping policy in the home. If you are smoking in the home, you will be responsible for the cleaning cost which includes but not limited to, carpet shampoo or replacement, repainting walls, ceiling, and replacing any furnishing that retains cigarette odor.

NO jumping on beds or furniture’s

Please DO NOT eat or drink in the bedrooms.

Please don’t wear outside shoes in the house, especially on the furniture or on the beds.

CANDLES AND INCESE ARE NOT ALLOWED

NO PARTIES ALLOWED: No large gatherings beyond the occupants disclosed in your rental.

Our house is 2 blocks away from Long Pond. Located in a peaceful neighborhood in the heart of mid Cape. Our house is only a few minutes’ walk to Wings Grove Beach and Lyman Lane Beach, a freshwater pond beach in the neighborhood with a park for the little ones! Bring your kayaks and enjoy a morning on the pond. We are only 1.8 miles to Bass River Beach and 2.7 miles to West Dennis Beach, making beach days effortlessly easy and within biking distance! We are centrally located in the Mid Cape and only 5 miles to downtown Hyannis, MA which has all the nightlife, good restaurants/bars. Take a quick walk down the street to Cape Cod creamery at the end of a long beach day. Our house will truly be the Cape Cod Retreat you are looking for!
