Beautiful Cape Cod Vacation home near to Ocean and bay beaches

Relax with the whole family at our beautiful 4BR/ 2 BA cottage in located just off the route 6, in a quiet cul-de-sac setting. House is equidistant from both bay and ocean side beaches, and less than 1.5 mile from the nearest beach. It is minutes away from the bike trail, drive-in movie theater, mini-golf and bird sanctuary. Wellfleet, Orleans and Provincetown are a short drive. Plenty of nice restaurants around which will make your stay even more enjoyable.

About the House: There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor located just off the hallway from a fully equipped kitchen. First bedroom has a king bed, closet, and dresser with a mirror. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with enough storage space and a closet. Outside these rooms, there is a full bathroom with a combo Tub/Shower. There is a 3rd bedroom on second floor of the house with a queen bed and closet. Right across the 3rd bedroom, there is a bonus room that has two additional twin beds. The 2nd level also has a full Bathroom with a standing shower.

Enjoy the patio, firepit and private deck surrounded by the trees, providing a perfect combination of sun and shade all day.

Other amenities include Wifi, TV, Grill, Patio furniture, Outdoor Shower, Washer and Dryer (in basement).

The beds are supplied with mattress protector pad covers and pillows. We provide basic linens and recommend that guests bring their own sheets, blankets, towels and any additional bed linens. We can also provide contact where you can order professional quality linens if that is what you prefer. Just let us know.
