Large 4 bedroom colonial on a private salt water beach with walkout basement, outdoor shower and lower level play rooms for the youngsters. Morden kitchen with big center island. Formal dining room, huge living room, large family room, pantry & private office.

Mordern baths with an outdoor shower. At the end of a child safe circle. Open walkout basement has large family room. Three large TV sets all connected to internet through ROKU with Netflix, Disney and Prime Video all available at not extra cost. Movie rental at the renters cost.

MBR has queen bed and full shower bath. There is a large main bath and 1/2 bath on first floor and outdoor shower. Second bedroom facing water has a queen bed. Land side bedrooms have three single beds in one and a full bed in the other.

Living room has a pullout couch and there are five additional couches throughout and a blow-up matress available. Water side has a 64 foot long deck overlooking the beach and Swan Pond. As the name depicts, Swans and other wildlife come to visit.

Area Information

BEACHES: Dennis is the only Cape Cod town with public beach on both sides. Amoung them is beautiful Mayflower Beach one of several beaches the bay side and a string of West Dennis beaches on the Ocean side.
GOLF: Dennis also has two 18 hole courses open to the public.
SHOPPING: Dennis is a mid-cape town, close to Hyannis and the shopping mall and stores yet a day trip away from Proviance Town and allof it's attractions. Whale watches, and daytrips to Martha's Vinyard and Nantucket are available and beaches galore in every direction.
