After a full day of outdoor activities, come home and enjoy a serene evening on the wrap-around porch, or your private back deck while you pick tomatoes and grill dinner! Oh, don't forget to star gaze on clear summer nights!

The first floor has an open-concept design for the kitchen, living, and dining room areas. A French door leads to a den/office offering you a place to work, read, or just get away for some quiet time. The large master bedroom and master ensuite are located on the first floor with a private walk-out to the backyard deck. A full bathroom is located off the laundry room on the main floor.

The second floor offers two (2) bedrooms. Room #1 has a queen and 1 twin bed. Room #2, fondly called The Dorm; has 2 full and 2 twin beds and 1 full bath to accommodate guests.

Comforts include three (3) full baths, a gas fireplace, ceiling fans, A/C and heating mini-splits, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry area, Internet, DVD, Echo, and a wrap-around porch that looks at meticulous flower gardens with guest access to the organic vegetables on the back deck.

For those of you fond of outdoor showers, there is a large private outdoor shower with a changing area. A clothesline for bathing suits and towels is located near the shed.

We offer our guests many amenities, such as beach chairs, umbrellas, floating devices, beach toys, and more!

Wellfleet is known for its' numerous art galleries, the W.H.A.T and Harbor Stage performing art theater, great restaurants, ample village shopping, and one of three (3) drive-in theaters left in Massachusetts. A unique and memorable night out with the kids!

Located in the heart of the historic Cape Cod National Seashore, you'll have access to many outdoor amenities -- biking and hiking trails, Great Island access, freshwater kettle ponds, water sports, fishing, and the Mass Audubon Wildlife Sanctuary.

Just a short drive will take you to golf courses, whale watches, a huge flea market, and one of the last remaining drive-in movie theaters.
