Enjoy the wrap-around porch and feel the ocean breeze after a full day of outdoor activities on outer Cape Cod. The interior first floor has an open airy design with a large master bedroom (queen) and a private master bathroom that has a walk-out deck. French doors lead to a family room to offer you a quiet place to work, or just get away for some quiet time. The second floor offers 2 bedrooms. Room #1 has a queen and 1 twin bed. Room #2, fondly called The Dorm; has 2 full and 2 twin beds and 1 full bath to accommodate guests. Comforts include 3 full baths, a gas fireplace, ceiling fans, A/C and heating mini-splits, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, high-speed cable & Internet, DVD, stereo, and a wrap-around porch that looks at meticulous landscaping and an organic garden that is available to our guest during their stay in our home.

For those of you fond of outdoor showers, there is a large private outdoor shower with a changing area.

The home comes equipped with many amenities, beach chairs, umbrellas, floating devices, beach toys, and more!

Wellfleet has numerous unique art galleries, great restaurants, and shopping. Cape Cod National Seashore, bikeways, Great Island, several freshwater kettle ponds, and the Audubon Society offer the best in natural outdoor activity.

From clam digging to windsurfing, the beach life may relax you so much you don't want to go anywhere else, but Wellfleet is full of wonderful art galleries, restaurants, kayaking, fishing, and shopping. Cape Cod National Seashore, bikeways, Great Island, and the Audubon Society offer the best in natural outdoor activity. Just a short drive will take you to the fun and funky Provincetown, golf courses, whale watches, a huge flea market, and one of the last remaining drive-in movie theaters.
