This charming ranch, located on the historic 6A side of the Cape is close to quaint villages, shopping, dining and beautiful beaches!

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, right off of 6A, with easy access to the highway. Stylish and contemporary, it provides one floor living. The home's entryway leads into a living room with a comfortable sectional sofa as well as two lounging chairs. The whitewashed fireplace and large flat screen tv line one wall. The dining area seats 6 with a lovely mango wood table, perfect for meals and game night. The kitchen has all new appliances and an island with seating for three. The first of three spacious bedrooms contains a queen size bed and storage bench with cozy reading lights and a flat screen tv. The second bedroom (the kids room!) has two trundle beds and a small flat screen TV/DVD player for movie nights along with loads of DVD's. The guest bathroom offers a tub and a shower. The master bedroom contains a king bed with a private bath, reading lamps and an upholstered bench for storage. All linens, blankets, quilts, towels and beach towels are provided as well as beach chairs, an umbrella, beach toys and cooler.

Enjoy the screen porch with its small sectional sofa and two rocking chairs for a glass of wine or quiet conversation. The outdoor patio has a gas grill and a table for al fresco dining. Rinse off after a day at the beach in the outdoor shower! Central air conditioning has been installed for those hot sticky days.

A few miles away are some of the best beaches and kettle ponds on the Cape. The Cape Cod Rail Trail starts in Yarmouth, winding its way down to Wellfleet. Bike rentals are available near the trail as well as places to get a snack or picnic lunch.

The 28 side of the Cape with mini golf, go karts, batting cages and lots of other fun things to do is just a short ride away.

Area Information

House is off of 6A, a charming winding stretch that runs from Sandwich down to Orleans. Called the Old King's Highway it runs along the coast and gives visitors a beautiful view of Cape Cod and other wonderful towns. Believed to be first created by Native Americans as a trade route, this road is full of historical significance in addition to the gorgeous views.

Avoid paying expensive beach parking fees and head down in the late afternoon after 4pm.

Make reservations at restaurants if possible - summer dining gets very busy.
