Brewster is centrally located on the Cape with beautiful bay beaches that are safe for children and warmer waters. Near the bike trails, fabulous restaurants, shopping and hiking. Or like most of my renters stay on the property and enjoy privacy in your pajamas with coffee in the morning or lovely happy hours with beautiful sunsets.

Kevin M.Perfect family vacation spot
This property is the perfect place for a family vacation. It is situated right on a pond that offers fishing and kayaking. You are also only a 5-10 minute ride to a number of beaches. There is also plenty to do in the area. The house is also plenty big to enjoy a rainy day with a good book or board games.The owner is responsive and the communication has always been good. Highly recommend. We are repeat customers and we will be back again in 2027.

Our family (of 14) spent a week in this beautiful home at the end of May. It truly is a special place in many ways. The home is comfortable, spacious and has everything you need to feel at home.The property sits on a slope overlooking Upper Mill Pond (actually a very large lake) with a spectacular view! We played wiffle ball on the lawn with the kids most nights then sat out on the deck to watch the moon rise over the lake. It’s so quiet and peaceful.We used many of the home’s amenities, including the canoes and kayaks. The water is pristine and the fishing was good. We were tempted to go swimming but it was a little too early in the season for that, surely our loss.We prepared most of our meals in the very large and well appointed kitchen that had everything a cook could possibly need.Our family owned a home on the Cape for 30 years so we’re pretty familiar with the area. The home is perfectly located, only a short drive to all the old “haunts” we enjoyed as kids, many of which we were happy to see are still in business.This home and property is very special, truly. We hope to return again. Our thanks to the owner for sharing with us.

This was our first stay at the property and we had a great time. The house was well stocked. Kitchen was well appointed. Beds were comfortable. Communication with the owner was great. We had a blast. The pond was fun to kayak and canoe on. Evening meals for 14 were easy in the large eat-in kitchen dining area. The sun room was great in the morning. Recommend this to anyone who is getting a largish clan together. A five out of five week for us.
