Why this property? This property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, but it is close to many of the amenities you are looking for. It is minutes down the road from Mashpee Commons.
Excellent location to build some lasting memories with loved ones. Home is kept impeccable and it's cared for with much love and lots of love for family gatherings.

We had such a great time visiting Mashpee and the home we stayed at was the icing on the cake. Beautiful 5+ bedroom cape had everything we were looking for. Plenty of room for guests to the huge outdoor shower, newly furnished outside deck with two fire pits in the yard. Although I didn’t utilized the large functional kitchen for actual cooking it was a great hangout space for all of us. Super close to the beach and New Seabury was a plus I will definitely be back and thank you for sharing your home with us!!
