Spacious House on Seymour Pond

The property was in a great neighborhood with pond access and exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was well-stocked, the space was comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The house was clean with plenty of living and sleeping space as well as other amenities for a relaxing, easy, and enjoyable vacation in Brewster. The bedrooms were nicely decorated, had the storage we needed, and included comfortable beds. The listing was as described and the host was responsive.The location was centrally located and allowed us to visit Chatham (Lighthouse and the fishing pier), Orleans (Skaket Beach), and Eastham (Great Pond and First Encounter Beach).We have been visitors to the Cape for decades and this was our first year staying in the Brewster area. While we had visited Nickerson State Park for many years, this vacation allowed us to enjoy the local outdoor ponds, bay beaches with the beautiful sunsets (Ellis Landing) and the many other activities in Brewster - including the Cape league baseball games. Our family had a wonderful vacation and our experience with the host was easy and pleasant. We enjoyed the house and its access to Seymour Pond and are looking forward to our return next summer!
