This home in Cape Cod, MA is the perfect place to call home base while visiting Cape Cod. It has everything guests need to relax and unwind after a day on the beach or exploring the Cape. The home has four bedrooms (note that one is a basement bedroom) and is able to sleep ten guests. There are a total of eight beds, and two full bathrooms. A seasonal (May 20-Oct 15) outdoor shower ensures that everyone will have a place to rinse off after returning home from the beach. Outside, guests can enjoy two decks with a charcoal grill, gas grill, and outdoor furniture.

We are pet friendly but all pets must be reported in advance - see house rules and pet fees.

While some relax on the deck, others can put their feet up in the living room. The living area and kitchen have an open floor plan and allow guests to spend quality time together. If guests don't feel like eating out, the kitchen is fully equipped so that guests may enjoy any meal at home, be it breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The deck outside is perfect for cook-outs before guests retire inside for family game night or a movie. During the summer enjoy the newly installed central heat and air conditioning.

Guests will find the rental has everything they need to truly enjoy a vacation with comfort and a great location. The home has a full kitchen with appliances like a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a microwave, and a lobster pot, as well as cooking utensils and dishes. The living room has space for everyone and is a great place for a family game night, movies, or just to curl up for a short nap. The home also has Fubo Television with the NESN sports package and high-speed internet. Need more space for the kids, this house has you covered with its amazing basement entertainment area outfitted with New England sports murals. The basement includes game stations with designated television, movie television, ping pong, air hockey, foosball and dozens of board games. No matter how guests decide they want to spend their time in the house, be it cookout, lawn games, game night, or something else, this home is just the place you are looking for. Our guests love the layout of the home and all of the amenities available to them. They also say that they love being in a quiet neighborhood where they can walk or run. Finally, they love the location in central Cape and proximity to the attractions.

Harwich MA is located near the halfway mark of Cape Cod. You are close to up to 20 Beaches. This is the perfect location to reach many attractions on the Cape. The home is close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, Harwich, Dennis, and Brewster beaches, kayaking at Bass River, Monomoy fishing charters, and much much more..... The home is located in a quiet neighborhood in Harwich less than 10 minutes to the best beaches on Cape Cod. The town of Harwich and Dennis Beaches - Mayflower beach, Chapin beach, Corporation Beach, West Dennis, Red River, Crowe's Pasture, Sea St. and many more.

The home is a 3-8 min ride to many beaches. Most of the roads to the beaches are back roads and not main roads so it’s quick with a no-stress drive. Almost all beaches offer daily parking for a fee or weekly passes can be purchased at the town halls. Because of the variety, we like to explore multiple towns and our favorite beaches are Mayflower, Corporation, West Dennis, Skaket, Paines Creek, Cold Storage, and the best-kept secret Crowe's Pasture.

The home is on the Dennis line and close to Brewster making Dennis, Harwich, Brewster, and Orleans beaches within 5-10 minutes.

The best part of a long day at the beach - 1.3 miles to Sand pond in Harwich which is usually our stop on the way back where the kids love to visit and rinse off from a long day at the beach.
