Come enjoy our cute Cape Cod summer house on a quiet dead end street that is a short walk to Parker's River Beach and other Nantucket Sound Beaches on quiet roads and pathways. There are many restaurants, stores, a driving range, go-carts, miniature golf, and a pirate museum within walking distance. After spending the day at the beach, come back and relax in our large enclosed shady private back yard that includes a patio, grill, fire pit, tables, chairs, hammock and outdoor shower. We have an updated stocked kitchen that includes everything you need such as coffee makers, refrigerator, microwave, and full stove with oven along with eating and cooking utensils, dishes, pots and pans. There are two bedrooms one with a queen bed and one with a bunk bed and another twin bed. Both bedrooms have a dresser and closet. The house has Wifi and internet streaming on a flat screen TV. No host fee.

The house is on a quiet dead end road that is midway on the Cape. It is a short 10 minute walk to the beach or The Skipper Restaurant across from the ocean. It is also a short 15 minute ride to the ferries in Hyannis if you want to go to the islands for the day. Being midway on the Cape, it is also easy to get to the outer Cape or the beginning of Cape.
Why Kids Love It
We have a nice size back yard to play games in. It is also easy to ride bikes in the neighborhood or ride them down to the beach. The closest beach has a playground for little children.

The Bass River area is a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to Nantucket Sound beaches and other activities. There are many restaurants and stores, miniature golf, a driving range, batting cages, go-carts, and a pirate museum also close by.

About the owner: My husband and I purchased this property as a summer vacation spot in 2016. We started renting out in the summer of 2017. This is the first year we are advertising with Cape Cod vacation rentals. We enjoy going down for long weekends during the shoulder seasons. It is a convenient location midway on the Cape and we can reach the outer cape or the beginning of the cape easily. It is also only a 10 - 15 minute ride to the ferries in Hyannis.
Why this property? I fell in love with the picket fence and the spacious private backyard. It is also on a dead end road with an easy walk to the beach along pathways and shady streets and a short walk to restaurants and stores in the other direction.
