There are many restaurants, stores, a driving range, go-carts, miniature golf, and a pirate museum within walking distance. After spending the day at the beach, come back and relax in our large enclosed shady private back yard that includes a patio, grill, fire pit, tables, chairs, hammock and outdoor shower. We have an updated stocked kitchen that includes everything you need such as coffee makers, refrigerator, microwave, and full stove with oven along with eating and cooking utensils, dishes, pots and pans. There are two bedrooms one with a queen bed and one with a bunk bed and another twin bed. Both bedrooms have a dresser and closet. The house has Wifi and internet streaming on a flat screen TV. No host fee. Cleaning and linen fees included in price shown.

The house is on a quiet dead end road that is midway on the Cape. It is a short 10 minute walk to the beach or The Skipper Restaurant across from the ocean. It is also a short 15 minute ride to the ferries in Hyannis if you want to go to the islands for the day. Being midway on the Cape, it is also easy to get to the outer Cape or the beginning of Cape.
Why Kids Love It
We have a nice size back yard to play games in. It is also easy to ride bikes in the neighborhood or ride them down to the beach. The closest beach has a playground for little children along with bathrooms and a snack bar.
The Bass River area is a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to Nantucket Sound beaches and other activities. There are many restaurants and stores, miniature golf, a driving range, batting cages, go-carts, and a pirate museum also close by.

There is an easement at the end of Eldridge onto Parkwood Court then a left onto Parkwood which leads straight to the beach.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful house. The house was spotless clean and decorated so nicely. Very comfortable! Beautiful yard and neighborhood and nice neighbors too! We met the people behind this house and their dogs and it was so nice. Would definitely rent again! Also we loved the ease of checking having the keys right there in the lock box. So much more convenient than having to drive to a real estate agent and return to a real estate agent. All in all a very pleasant stay!

If you are looking for a very cute cottage for a week with a young family or just 2 adults and little dog this is the place for you. With small but very functioning eat in kitchen and working stackable mini washing machine and dryer this cottage has everything needed rain or shine. Access to several beaches, perfect for walking with the dog or riding the bike. Loved the JFK Museum, dinner at The Yarmouth House and visiting with friends at Old Yarmouth Inn Restaurant. Planet Fitness gym is not that far along with walkable shops in Centerville, Osterville, or Hyannis. Nice relaxing week away from NY and work. We highly recommend and will keep it for vacationing in the near future. Clean, simple, secure, quiet with all the amenities.

I was so happy that I was able to find a rental for the time we were able to get away. The house was clean, well stocked, and in the perfect location. An outdoor shower is a MUST HAVE on the cape. It was one of the nicest ones I have seen. The shed had boogie boards, chairs, and umbrella. The outdoor picnic table was GREAT for our lobster nights. The patio was where we had our coffee in the morning.Nancy was such a pleasure to work with. She truly wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. I would RECOMMEND this house to anyone!One of the best I have rented.....

My wife and I had an absolutely beautiful stay at Nancy's home. It was cozy and comfortable. Centrally located to shopping and beaches, there was always something to do. We were thankful for the AC and the Roku TV. We'd be happy to stay there again!
