Pricing: Peak Season: $2900 a week.

Cottage is good as brand new, gutted to the studs and remodeled with summer shades of white, blue, green and seagrass and rattan textures extending a true Cape, beach vacation feel. Central AC, 2 smart TVs: one in living room and another in the master bedroom, wi-fi, keyless entry and a Bose speaker to get some tunes going. A summer escape with modern amenities!



Brand new Kitchen features quartz countertops, dishwasher, convection microwave, Keurig, air fryer/toaster oven, blender and induction cooktop. Front porch offers a dining table along with a Weber Gas Grill. Screened in back porch with 2 comfy chairs, a perfect spot to relax. Outdoor shower and a small yard w/ a fire pit and Adirondack chairs. Washer and dryer are also available within the home.

3 Bedrooms, each with their own personality: Master Bedroom with shades of blue and pale oak: a queen-sized bed, dresser, 42'' smart tv and a full closet. Bedroom #2 with shades of green: queen-sized bed, dresser, washer/ dryer and a full closet. Bedroom #3 with shades of off white and blue: 2 twin beds, dresser and back porch access. All beds have comfortable mattress toppers, new duvets and fluffy throw pillows. Bathroom features shades of blue/cream and a rain showerhead.

Dennis port is a convenient location to take in all the Cape has to offer. 8 min drive to Harwich port, 20 min drive to Hyannis and Chatham and 55 mins to Provincetown.

1.5 Mile drive to Sea St Beach and walking distance to downtown: Grab breakfast at Rorys or Buckies Biscotti and Bakery Cafe, lunch or dinner at The Red Nun, The Den Cape Cod or the Oyster Company and grab dessert at Holy Cow ice cream- all within a 10 min walking distance.

Few notes:
** Cottage does not offer cable, only streaming services and samsung tv plus. Kitchen has an induction cooktop, but no oven. Air fryer/toaster oven and a convection microwave are available for baking needs.

Linens are not provided. Cottage has duvets, blankets and pillows. Linens can be arranged for an additional fee and advance notice.

Parking is only available for 2 cars. No smoking/pets.

Cottage is 800 sq; max of 5 occupants.

Cottage is within a cottage community of 9 other cottages.

I do not have a dining table inside the cottage. I have 2 bar stools in the kitchen (you can see in pictures) and the coffee table pulls up and can behave as a table for inside dining. There is a patio table on the front porch.


Weekly Rental is Saturday to Saturday. Check in at 4pm, check out at 11am.

Dennis offers some of the best beaches on the cape. Sea St beach, the closest to the cottage is about 1.5 miles away and also features the Sea Street Beach Grill, always a good option when you just don't feel like packing the cooler. Some fabulous Dennis port restaurants include The Ocean House Restaurant, the Ocean House Beach Bar (water view w/ comfy outdoor furniture, beach bar w/ mudslides or anything that scream 'vacation'- for you, one of my favorite spots) and the Pelham House. For causal eats across Nantucket sound (and Glendon Beach) stop by the Sailing Cow, listen to some live music at the Red Nun or for oyster shooting swing by the Oyster Company. For a small little port.. Dennis port packs a punch! Additional Nantucket sound beaches close to the cottage: Depot St, Raycroft, Haigis Beach, Glendon Beach and Inman. West Dennis Beach, which offers the largest amount of sandy walking beach and parking, is about a 4.5-mile drive. Bay side beaches such as Mayflower or Cold Storage beaches are about an 8 1/2-mile drive. SO much personality- Bay side and Nantucket sound beaches all in one town- Dennis!
