Ted M.Cape Cod At It's Best
I have rented this home for vacations with my family of 15 for the past eight years. That alone should tell you how much we enjoy our Cape Cod vacations here. We are a family of 8 adults and 7 grandkids. The sleeping, bath, kitchen, dining, gathering, and outdoor spaces are plentiful, comfortable, and in excellent condition. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it is a 5-minute walk to a small private beach or a 5-minute drive to West Dennis Beach. The interior spaces were redecorated two years ago and a beautiful salt water pool and spa area were added to the back yard. The yard itself is large enough for whiffle ball games and other recreational activities. It's like having your own resort! This is an exceptional home in many respects and the owner takes great care of it to be sure you are pleased with all aspects of your stay. I have no reservation in giving this my strong recommendation.

Our family of 8 adults had plenty of room in this lovely well-located West Dennis home. The yard, with pool, patio and hottub and grill, is quiet, private and well-maintained. Easy walk to beach and marina, and close to waterside restaurants. (Please note that although website states "pets allowed", the lease prohibits pets of any kind.)
