Weekly rental - Summer 2026
Upper Cape - Bourne - Phinneys Harbor - 5 bedroom / 2 bath. Oceanfront home with private beach. expansive (50 foot) outdoor "living room" porch.

The interior has a wonderful, airy open feeling with a formal dining room, 2 full baths, and a living room with a bay window seat overlooking the quaint harbor.

The gourmet, eat-in kitchen has a large, walk-in pantry with all useful appliances including microwave, Kitchen Aid Mixer Cuisinart, etc.

On the second floor are 5 bedrooms and a full bath w/shower. Three of the bedrooms overlook the water and the master bedroom has a sun deck. Four of the five bedrooms have air conditioners.
Beds- 2 twin bedrooms, 1 full bedroom, 1 Queen bedroom, and 1 king bedroom.

The bath-house area on the ground floor has a refrigerator and bar area, beach supplies, and shower.

The house is appointed with a flat screen HD Smart TV, WIFI.

Why this property?

LOCATION:
With less traffic, few tourists, warm days and cool nights, perfect ocean temperatures and beautiful sunsets, our home in Monument Beach is the perfect getaway.

NOTE: We rent weekly from Saturday to Saturday until the week after Labor Day weekend.

Turn of the century, spacious restored, well-appointed, artfully decorated waterfront home in the village of Monument Beach.

THE HOUSE:
Directly on Phinney's Harbor, known for good sailing, swimming and kayaking. This home has a 50' porch facing the water with a view of spectacular sunsets.

The interior has a wonderful, airy open feeling with a formal dining room, 2 full baths, and a living room with a bay window seat overlooking the quaint harbor.

The gourmet, eat-in kitchen has a large, walk-in pantry with all useful appliances including microwave, Kitchen Aid Mixer Cuisinart, etc.

The bath-house area is on the ground floor and includes changing rooms, large shower area, a dry bar and refrigerator.

The house is appointed with a flat screen HD Smart TV, WIFI.

FAMILY FRIENDLY:
We are very family friendly. There are 3 “pack-and-plays”, a crib (with linens), high chair, booster seat, child-proof gate, children’s books, and many beach toys.
We do allow WELL BEHAVED DOGS no more than 50 pounds, pending my approval. Please send a picture/video of your dog along with signed documents from your vet of any vaccines and any behavior training he/she has had.

On your arrival there is a Welcome Packet that includes information on places of interest including restaurants, kayak rentals, boat chartering, spas, museums and other family attractions.

AROUND TOWN:
The famous restaurant, the Lobster Trap is only a 10-minute walk from door to door. Stop in at the Whistle Stop Ice Cream Shop
