Come stay at our beautiful, sunny, newly renovated, relaxing home nestled in a quiet neighborhood with a private fenced-in back yard, located right on the Centerville/Hyannis Line. Featuring 2 spacious bedrooms (1 queen, 1 full and 2 single beds) and 1 Renovated bathroom. There are 2 TV's, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. Enjoy our open kitchen and living area and lookout over our private deck and back yard with inviting firepit. Take a nice outdoor shower after a lovely day at any of the local Barnstable salt or freshwater beaches. Large deck with Grill and ample seating for relaxing and dining. New hardwood floors throughout and renovated basement with new futon for extra sleeping. Great space for games and enjoyment. Includes Barnstable town beach pass!
Close to many beautiful beaches such as Craigville (1.7 miles, about a 4 minute drive) and Dowses Beach in Osterville (about 7 minutes away) and many other Barnstable town beaches on both Nantucket Sound and the Bayside of Cape Cod. Enjoy a quick 3 minute drive to a Cape favorite, 4 Seas Ice Cream and the Historical 1856 Country Store (don't miss it), and about a 5 minute drive to dreamy Osterville and all it has to offer, great restaurants, shops, ice cream, beautiful ocean drives and homes. Quaint and famously adorable Hyannis Port is a few minutes in the other direction. So much to see and do! Also, minutes to all that Hyannis has to offer including shopping, endless restaurants, the ferry to MV and Nantucket, historical sites, museums and so much more. And, don't miss out on heading 10 minutes north to quaint old New England Barnstable Village and all it has to offer. Highly recommend a Sandy Neck Beach visit and all the dunes you can walk/hike thru are breathtaking.

We just had the most incredible stay at this rental house – it was absolutely perfect! From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how spotlessly clean everything was. The fabulous location made our trip even better, offering convenience and charm.The house was incredibly well-equipped with great amenities that truly made our stay comfortable. Having a washing machine and dryer was a huge convenience, and we particularly appreciated the ice maker and water dispenser for refreshing drinks. The outdoor shower was a fantastic touch, perfect after a day out. We also loved spending evenings on the deck and gathering around the fire pit, creating wonderful memories.Every bed was comfortable, ensuring everyone got a great night's sleep, and we were all genuinely happy to stay at this wonderful home. What truly set this rental apart, however, were the owners. They were extremely responsive, replying to any texts or calls within minutes!Honestly, what more could we want from a rental? This house exceeded all our expectations, and we can't recommend it highly enough.

Macy D.Lovely Cape Stay - Hyannis Fun!
I had a wonderful Girls Weekend at this beautiful home! The space was bright, clean, and updated - plus the open concept made for a great gathering space with my friend group! Additionally, the outdoor firepit was a huge bonus!We also loved the location specifically for Hyannis - it's in a quaint neighborhood close to many amenities. As late 20s girls, we appreciated the quick uber trip (less than 10 mins) that brought us right to the main road for a night of fun at the local restaurants and bars. The following day we went to a local cafe and headed out to the beach (less than 2 miles away) with the beach pass that's included.The homeowners were also super friendly and accommodating leading up to and during our stay. I would absolutely recommend this home for a family cape getaway!
