This 755 Sq Ft split level, one bedroom 1 and 1/2 bath home is located only .5 miles from Circuit Avenue, Jetties Beach and the Oak Bluffs ferry terminal. The first floor features an open living space with kitchen, living area, dining table and chairs and a half bath. Washer and dryer are located in the basement. A/C & heat wall mounted splitters located on first floor and in master bedroom. Parking space area for one car in front of house. Backyard deck with outdoor seating/dining area and gas grill.
Master bedroom with new Saatva California King mattress and en suite bathroom with rain shower on second floor. Sliding doors open to a small balcony off the bedroom. The home has a work space loft with desk, office chair and comfy couch in reading nook on the second floor.
We provide linens, beach towels, beach wagon & umbrella for your stay so you can just relax and focus on having fun!

About the owner: Susan and I are so excited to introduce our #CozyBluffs home, a 1 BDRM, 1 & 1/2 bath home in the historic town of Oak Bluffs, MA on beautiful Martha's Vineyard. We fell in love with this house and surrounding neighborhood the minute we set eyes on it! Each time we walk out the front door and stroll through the historic neighborhood we have to pinch ourselves that it's really ours! We hope to share this magical experience with you and welcome any inquiries you have about the house or the neighborhood.
It is our hope to provide you with a wonderful space to stay while you explore all there is to see and do in Oak Bluffs and Martha's Vineyard!
