We really enjoyed staying at this home. The location was excellent for beaches and restaurants and the dead end was perfect for the kids. The house was well equipped with beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and even a cooler. The house had a great layout and felt very comfortable. Would highly recommend!

My family and I had a great stay at this home. The listing was spot on with what this home delivered. The location was quiet and convenient. The inside of the house was clean and comfortable. Beaches were great, restaurants good and plentiful. Would highly recommend staying here and in the Eastham area.

We stayed at this very lovely family home for a week with 5 adults and a one year old. The house and property were just as described. It's a very quiet and private setting. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for cooking and barbecuing. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. Thank you to the owner for allowing us to use their home.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The location is perfect. Close to beaches, stores, restaurants and did I mention beaches! The house was spotless and very well equipped with the incidentals you hate to purchase on a trip such as hand soap, foil, dish detergent, etc. We had great contact with the owners and there was a guest book to help as well. It sure didn't hurt that the weather was wonderful also!

As the other reviews wrote this house is very clean and spacious. My husband & I stayed in the downstairs bedroom. The bed was very comfortable. My daughter & her boyfriend stayed upstairs and their bed was comfortable also. There were plenty of clean and fluffy linens. We came to Cape Cod in the off-season where many restaurants close for the season ending at 9/15. And yet we had many beautiful & delicious dinners and went to many beaches.

Everything bout our stay here was fantastic! From the fluffy white towels to the comfy beds, the decor, all wonderful. The location was perfect. A couple of minutes to Nauset Light Beach (Atlantic Ocean) and just a few more to Coast Guard Beach, one of the highest rated beaches in the country!
Our hosts thought of everything. There was a foosball table in the screened in porch, games for the kids, the house lid located on a cut-de-sac, so the kids were able to safely ride their bikes and it's only a few minutes from a beautiful bike path that goes for miles.
The kitchen was expertly stocked, and the beds were comfy. They even provided extra large beach towels, beach chairs, and a huge rolling cooler that made staying at the beach all day a breeze. Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. We'll be back next year!

This property was perfect for our needs. Everything about the listing is correct, plenty of room for our party, well stocked kitchen and loved the fact that linens and towels are included - this was a real plus for us. We also loved the giant Uno cards and foosball table.
The whole booking experience was smooth, efficient and are very professional and responsive. We will definitely be back next year.

We have been renting in the Cape for many years and this home by far is the best place we have stayed. The location is great as Nauset Light beach is one mile away and the Bay side beaches are only a couple of miles away. The home is larger than the photos appear and there was ample room for our family of 6. The home had everything you would need (well-equipped kitchen, gas grill, cooler, beach chairs and towels) for a great stay. It was so convenient to have the linens provided and all of the beds were new and comfortable. The home was clean and modern. This place is a 10/10 and we would definitely book this home again!

This was a great place to spend the week on Cape Cod! The location is very convenient to many attractions while still on a quiet side street. The house was very comfortable, just as pictured. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking meals. Our group of 6 loved it!

This lovely home on a quiet cul-de-sac was perfect for our family. Our young granddaughters just loved riding their bikes! Close to all we need, just a few minutes from the ocean, the bay and Great Pond. And Janine has thought of everything! The kitchen is very well-appointed with all the conveniences and left nothing to be desired. Spotless and clean, towels and linens provided, and the beds were made when we arrived!

We have been lucky enough to be guests at this home on beautiful Cape Cod.
The pictures are accurate, the kitchen is well stocked with needed items, bedrooms are comfortable on a nice quiet cul de sac.
The location is awesome for getting to beaches easily.
I highly recommend it!

This is the perfect home for a week's stay on the cape. Located within walking distance to the beach was perfect to catch the sunset or for a full-on beach day. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was a lovely place to stay while my friends and I were on the cape. The house is spacious and well appointed. The owners were very welcoming and made us feel at home. Also it's in an incredible location. Not only is it close to the beach but the National Sea Shore is right nearby, with miles of trails to explore. 10/10 would recommend, and hope to be back again.
