The house worked so well for us- very convenient to Nauset & Skaket beaches and restaurants and stores. Enough bedrooms and space for my family of six. Owner was easy to deal with and very accommodating. I’d consider staying in the house next yr too!

This house has a fantastic location, just a short stroll (less than a mile) from Nauset Beach - one of our favorite beaches on the Cape. It's modern, elegantly decorated, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. The beds were made upon our arrival, and fresh towels were provided, making our stay effortless. Why stay in an overpriced, cramped inn or motel when you can enjoy this beautiful home? Highly recommended!

Our group of four adults enjoyed our stay in Nina’s home which is one mile from Nauset Beach. The house was spacious and comfortable for us. Nina was available throughput our stay for any questions.It is in a quiet neighborhood, but less than a mile from the Barley Neck Inn, The Rail & other eating establishments. And only 2 miles from the main part of Orleans with grocery stores, more restaurants, shopping, etc.Personally. I enjoyed the 1 mile walk to Nauset Beach in the mornings.We have already booked for 2025.

Stayed at the house for a long weekend soccer tournament with a few other family members and had a wonderful experience. The property is immaculate,extremely spacious, and beautifully decorated. Nina is easy to work with always with a quick response. Will come back.
