BEDROOMS
The first-floor bedroom offers a cozy Queen-sized bed and 55" TV. On the second floor, the first bedroom features a King-sized bed pottery barn bed and ultra luxurious beautyrest black label mattress. The second bedroom on the second floor has a twin bed and full. Our brand new lower level features a kids room with bunk bed (twin over full) and a kids nook/reading area
BATHROOMS
For your convenience, our home features three full bathrooms, one on each floor. Each bathroom is equipped with essential amenities and walk-in showers, perfect for refreshing after a day full of activities.
KITCHEN, DINING, LIVING ROOM
Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including cooking essentials, lobster pot, spices, keurig coffee maker, cuisinart drip coffee maker, french press, tea kettle, and more!
The open concept 1st floor living room features a cathedral ceiling, 65" tv, and ample seating to unwind after a day of adventure. Free streaming service include youtube TV, netflix, and amazon prime.
Our stylish dining room features a crate and barrel table with 6 chairs
OUTSIDE SPACE
Our private and secluded backyard is the perfect place to unwind after a fun day exploring the cape. It features a 6 person hot tub, outdoor shower, custom build gazebo bar, firepit area with a solo stove, oversized deck with a table, sectional couch, heat lamp, and weber grill. In our shed youll find beach chairs, umbrellas, cornhole, giant jenga, and kanjam.
Theres also ample space in our shed for guests to store their bikes and outdoor supplies.
LOWER LEVEL
Our brand new lower level features a custom wooden bar counter, fooseball table, board games and books, as well as 2 couches and 55" TV. Theres also a washer/dryer

- No pets: we love animals, but to keep the home allergy-friendly for all guests, they’re not allowed.

Christina W.Perfect 1st Time Cape Cod Getaway
We absolutely loved our stay in Harwich and truly enjoyed every minute of our Cape Cod vacation! The house was absolutely perfect for our family, comfortable, welcoming, clean, and exactly what we were hoping for in a Cape getaway. It really felt like our home away from home for the week.Jeff was a wonderful host and even checked in with us after our first night to make sure everything was great and that we had everything we needed. That personal touch was so appreciated and made us feel incredibly welcome from the very beginning.Harwich was also the perfect location for exploring the Cape. We were able to enjoy the beaches and visit Chatham, Provincetown, Hyannis, and even take a day trip to Martha’s Vineyard, while still having such a wonderful place to come home to at the end of each day.Everything about our stay made for such a relaxing and memorable family vacation. We were genuinely sad to leave! We would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a beautiful Cape Cod getaway and would happily stay here again. Five stars all around!

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful Harwich Getaway! It was truly perfect for our family’s week long stay. Our group included my husband and me, our two young kids, and two grandparents, and the house fit us all so comfortably. It had everything we could possibly need, from thoughtful amenities to the sweetest little reading nook that our kids adored. The location was fantastic, and the home itself was spotless, welcoming, and so well cared for.Jeff was an outstanding host. He was friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful both before and during our stay. He made everything seamless, which allowed us to simply relax and enjoy our vacation.We left with such special memories and are already looking forward to coming back. This home is a true gem, and we cannot recommend it highly enough!

Kathi E.Harwich Getaway is fantastic!
We LOVED staying in Harwich for the first time and LOVED Harwich Getaway house. We have rented MANY times on the Cape and this home rates at the top of our experiences. We were comfortable, it had everything we needed and was in a great location. The house is beautiful and is perfect for cooking, and entertaining. We walked to trails, shopping was close by as were many awesome restaurants. And "Summer Nights" on Wednesday evenings in Harwich is SO much fun. We will definitely stay there anytime we have 7 or less in our "crew"!

Joyce P.A perfect Cape Cod getaway!
This was a perfect getaway stay for 2 biking couples! We were minutes away from the bike trail and the charming Harwich center. The owner was so helpful to provide us with a list of restaurants, which were all excellent recommendations. The house was charming - recently renovated and had all the comforts of home (comfortable mattresses, a great back porch with great seating and lighting, our favorite home sport games with a pool table, foos ball, and corn hole, and a very well-equipped kitchen). I would highly recommend this home to anyone!

The house was perfect for our family of 5 vacation. It was sparkling clean & homely without any clutter. The house had absolutely everything we needed - from the kitchen, to the bedding , the deck to the fun games in the basement there was lots to keep us happy and entertained.Great location- 5 mins drive to beach and right on the cape rail trail (amazing cycling track). We rented bikes from Dennis cycle hire. They delivered the bikes and we had a great day out on that beautiful trail.Great communication from our hosts and easy easy easy check in. Would highly recommend their house for a hassle free, chilled out family vacay.
