Cook in the fully appointed kitchen with granite counter tops or order delivery right to your doorstep. At night, relax in comfort, while enjoying TV and movies on the 75'' smart TV. This home is a wonderful retreat whether you are a couple, a group of friends or an extended family.

Only about 2 miles to the Cape Cod Rail Trail with 22 miles of biking opportunities and walking distance to Johnny Kelly Park with playground, basketball court, tennis court and even a fitness walking trail. Practice your golf swing at nearby public Dennis Pines or Dennis Highlands Golf Courses. The home is close enough to shopping and highways to be convenient but far enough for the sense of Cape Cod serenity.

Why this property? This property is a shiny jewel!! On a quiet, residential street, backing on conservation land, it seems a world away from the hustle of life. A place to relax, chill and restore body and soul. Yet, we are minutes away from beaches, restaurants and fun activities by bike or car. Come and see for yourself.

Laura is absolutely the perfect host in this amazing house. We arrived to an immaculate and inviting home with every amenity we could need. Both the home and yard are perfect for a beach stay. There were all kinds of toys for the grandkids to enjoy both inside and out. We loved that there was a big yard for them to play in and the gazebo was perfect for sitting outside. We also enjoyed the fire pit at night for making S’mores. Laura was available for any concern and truly wants to make sure that your stay is enjoyable. We love the Dennis beaches and this location really is perfect. It’s a convenient drive to most places and in a nice neighborhood. We enjoyed our daily walks and the neighbors are very friendly. I would rate this 100 if I could and plan on coming back next year.
