About the owner: This home is our summer oasis, but will busy schedules we aren't able to enjoy it off season.....but maybe you can!

Why this property? This is the perfect off season rental house for a traveling nurse or a school teacher, or anyone who loves the quiet of Cape Cod during the off season, and goes elsewhere for the summer. Newly renovated from top to bottom - all appliances and heating/air systems. Perfectly located in East Orleans, 1/2 mile walk to shopping and several restaurants, as well as the Cape Cod Bike trail.
