House is perfectly located in Eastham. Bay beach is 10 minute walk and beach chairs and cart provided too! Ocean beaches within 15 minute drive. Restaurants and grocery stores all 10 minute drive. So much room in the house with all amenities and an amazing outdoor shower. 3 Bathrooms for bigger groups. Kitchen fully stocked with all cooking needs. House was very clean. Gina was very helpful, accommodating, and super easy to work with. Renting Gina’s house made our vacation so much better and less stressful. Will definitely rent this property again!

My family and I had a wonderful 10 day stay, great location. Wonderful neighborhood, great area to take walks. Walking distance to Thumpertown beach. swim, hang out on the shore and just watch the sun set. 30 min drive to Provincetown and only 4 miles to Orleans. Very easy to get around location. Wonderful accommodations, very comfortable bedrooms and beds plenty of room for everyone. 3 bathrooms, plenty of towels including beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and wagons to help you carry it all. Need to wash cloths, no problem, W/D available (even laundry detergent) Lots of games. My sister & brother-in-law absolutely loved the cribbage board. Great outdoor space could have a cookout, big table to accommodate everyone. Two closed in porches, the one in the front had a table perfect for playing games, cards, etc. Big wrap around porch with rocking chairs. Every morning I sat on the porch and had my coffee. Everything was provided, never needed to ask for anything or go out and purchase (other than food) If you needed help or anything the owners were just a phone call away. Highly recommend staying here, very much worth it.

No there is not a fire pit on the property
You can walk to the bay side beaches - less than 1/2 mile. Great Pond is a 5 minute car ride to a fresh pond with a play ground. You can drive 10 minutes to the National Seashore beaches.
