Sea the Pirates drift wood home, maintained by the Coast Guard, along the walk small cliffs heading towards the light house. Walk in the other direction around the Marina, and make your way to Monomoy Nation Wioldlife Refuge. Or, just sit on the beach and enjoy the views with plenty of room for Paddle ball or flying a kite, rare space for cape cod beaches. Located steps away is the Outermost Marina (a Freedom Boat Club Host) that offers shuttle service to North and South beach, the sand bars seen from your beach chairs with beautiful sand and waves.

Take a pleasant one mile walk to town and to visit the many shops and restaurants including Wild Goose tavern, Impudent Oyster and the famous Chatham Squire, or stay put and enjoy the beautiful sunrise over the ocean while sipping coffee on the outdoor rockers. If not and early riser, you can take in a beautiful sunset while grilling, sipping a cocktail or just relaxing on the private back deck that is equiped with an Adirondack dining table and outdoor sofa. The Chatham Bars Inn and its Restraurants open to the public approximately one mile away and just beyond that is the famous Chatham Fish Pier with delectable fresh and cooked seafood. The viewing deck is a great spot to watch the local fisherman bring in the day's catch and to observe the seals swimming about. This end unit with its large windows, new windows upstairs facing the ocean in the loft and eve bedroom, providing natural light and wonder views is truly a fabulous location in which to explore Cape Cod.

Enjoy the newly renovated kitchen with counter seating for meals and the living area with reclining sofa and chairs to enjoy a movie night. The primary bedroom is located on the main level and has a queen size bed, closet, dresser and stackable washer and dryer with the slider to the deck. The loft has a full size futon bed with dresser and work area. Behind a barn door in the eaves, is a cozy sleep nook with a full size bed, dresser, and small TV.
