Nestled on a large, wooded lot in a cozy and quiet neighborhood, this spotless family home provides easy access to all things Cape Cod. One of the Cape's crown jewels, Nauset Light Beach and its renowned light house are just over a mile from this beloved Eastham home. Bike trail and all the treasures its 25-mile paved trail hold guides you through some of Cape Cod's most charming towns. Enjoy scenic views, mini-golf, ice cream, and a fresh, juicy lobster roll along the way. Eastham takes great pride in its fine restaurants (too many to name), old-time Wellfleet Drive-In movie theater, Cape Cod National Seashore Visitor Center, Windmill Park, fresh-made doughnuts, and historic sites. Enjoy either the ocean beaches or the bay beaches, or squeeze in a visit to both ocean and bay on the same beautiful beach day.
The large, inviting deck greets you as you enter this lovingly maintained 3 bedroom 2 full bath home. Air conditioning units are provided in each bedroom and the spacious kitchen includes a large dining table with seating for eight. Two bright and open living areas provide ample seating and a large flat screen TV with Roku. First floor also boasts the master bedroom with queen bed and a full bathroom with walk-in shower. Upstairs, bedroom one has a full size bed and 2 twins (with TV and DVD player) while bedroom two has 4 twins (TV and DVD player). The full bath has a tub/shower combo. Outdoors, detached garage provides storage for your needs and two adult bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrella, gas grill and charcoal grill... your choice! The large, outdoor hot/cold shower and dressing area are newly rebuilt and provide plenty of privacy. So refreshing after a day at the beach! Don't miss a sweatshirt night around the large fire pit watching the stars. Watch closely and you may see the beam from Nauset Light keeping vigil in the eastern night sky.
Area conveniences are plentiful and include gas stations, wine/liquor stores, groceries, ice cream shops, post office, bank/ATM, local gym, nearby tennis and pickleball, playground, library, and the Eastham Superette.
Your end-of-stay cleaning fee IS INCLUDED in your rental.
Neither smoking nor pets are permitted.

Notes:
There is a 14.45% short term rental tax required and not included in our weekly rates that we are charged from the state, town and county. Our home rents from Friday to Friday with arrival after 2:00pm and departure by 10:30am.
All reservations made two months out or greater require a $200.00 non refundable deposit. Any cancellation of a reservation made within 4 weeks of the scheduled beginning of the rental will not receive any refund of any payments made.
Our cleaning fee of $200 per stay is INCLUDED in our rental price.

About the owner: Family owned home is maintained with great care and pride. This treasured property is continually updated to keep it fresh, pleasant and inviting. While some folks have rented this property year after year, new renters are most welcome as new guests.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are bed linens and towels provided?
No. We ask our renters to bring their own bed sheets and towels. There is one queen bed, one double bed and six twin beds. Also, there is a washer and dryer available for your convenience.
Is there a cleaning service?
At the end of each renter’s stay, we provide a cleaning service for the next renters at NO CHARGE. We just ask that you leave the home in tidy and in order to help expedite the change over cleaning process.
Are there beach chairs available?
Yes. We have at least 6 beach chairs and an umbrella in the garage for your use during your stay.

Dear John,We really enjoyed staying at your home on the Cape. We loved how quiet the neighborhood was and how close the house is the the rail trail (and Mac's Seafood!). The house was well stocked, spacious, decorated nicely and close to the beach. The Friday to Friday rental week was awesome too! We had never tried that before and it made a huge difference with traffic. Plus, when we got home we still had a full weekend to catch up before starting a busy work week. Loved the outdoor shower! My husband and I had the opportunity to rent this wonderful home for our vacation this summer. We are a family of 7 and there was plenty of space for everyone. The owners provided many thoughtful extras that made our trip easier including bikes, beach chairs and beach umbrellas. The proximity to the bike path and National Seashore beaches was key to enjoying long summer days. We would highly recommend this property.

This is a tranquil, private Cape Cod home! Not a cottage - a home. This house has everything you could possibly need. Meticulously equipped, close to beaches, restaurants, bike trail, groceries and a five minute drive to an actual drive-in movie theater. My family and I have been vacationing in this house since our kids were small. Friday to Friday rental is key. B
