****PLEASE NOTE: BECAUSE OUR HOME IS ALSO UTILIZED DURING THE SEASON BY SEVERAL FAMILY MEMBERS AND IN ORDER TO ACCOMMODATE THEIR SCHEDULES , WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RESERVATIONS EARLIER THAN JANUARY OF EACH RENTAL SEASON. (i.e. JANUARY 2024 FOR SUMMER OF 2024)***
Unique rental changeover (Friday to Friday) avoids the weekend traffic. Get a full weekend on the Cape when you arrive and have a weekend to settle back into your routine when you return home.
Upstairs has two bedrooms (four twin beds in one with TV and in the other there are two twins and a double bed) and a full bath with tub. The main living floor has the master bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom with shower, living room with TV and sectional furniture for plenty of comfortable seating, fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and a sitting area with new furniture. The interior is freshly painted.
All bedrooms have window air conditioners.
There is a large outside shower with a dressing area behind the detached garage for extra privacy. Very refreshing after a day at the beach!
Other amenities include a washer/dryer in the basement, Roku, highspeed internet, and a BBQ gas grill and charcoal grill...your preference.
There is a detached garage for your storage and use while you stay. You are welcome to use our beach chairs and umbrella which are in the garage.
A cleaning service will be arranged at the end of your stay and is included in the rental fee at no extra charge.
Bed sheets and towels are NOT provided.
Our home has been in our family since 1983 and lovingly cared for. Some of our renters have been with us for over 30 years. We know you will find it both welcoming and relaxing. Enjoy your stay!
Area Information
Eastham is the beginning of the Cape Cod National Seashore with two ocean beaches and many bay beaches. It has many fine restaurants, family activities and bike rental shops. Eastham is just a short ride to other quaint towns like Wellfleet, Truro and Provincetown heading North and Orleans, Chatham, and Brewster to the South. Bring your bike. Explore the neighborhood, and then take a trip on the bike trail which is only a half a mile from our door. The flat terrain makes biking and walking especially enjoyable. There are tennis courts are at the high school nearby. We especially love the Welfleet Drive-In for movies at night and the flea market during the day.

Notes:
There is a 14.45% short term rental tax required and not included in our weekly rates that we are charged from the state, town and county. Our home rents from Friday to Friday with arrival after 2:00pm and departure by 10:30am.
All reservations made two months out or greater require a $200.00 non refundable deposit. Any cancellation of a reservation made within 4 weeks of the scheduled beginning of the rental will not receive any refund of any payments made.
Our cleaning fee of $200 per stay is included.

This is a tranquil, private Cape Cod home! Not a cottage - a home. This house has everything you could possibly need. Meticulously equipped, close to beaches, restaurants, bike trail, groceries and a five minute drive to an actual drive-in movie theater. My family and I have been vacationing in this house since our kids were small. Friday to Friday rental is key. B
