SUMMERWIND

Our home is located at the end of a small cul-de-sac. It is almost 2 000 sq feet with four bedrooms and two baths. Upstairs are two large bedrooms with king size beds and a new tiled shower with glass doors. Downstairs we have two more bedrooms with queen size beds and a full bath and shower. A nice living room opens to a large kitchen with granite counters and new white cabinetry and back splash. A dining area continues to the great room with very nice, comfortable furniture. Through sliders to one of two outdoor decking areas is a beautiful in ground pool that is five feet deep all around. A large fenced yard is great for whiffle ball, horse shoes or other games. We have a regulation size glass hoop out front in the driveway, great for three on three hoop games. The house has been renovated and instead of a weekly rental it is now our second home and is decorated as such. We rent out only three weeks a summer and are very particular as to who we rent to.
