The cottage sleeps five and is a comfortable home base for families, couples, small groups, and Cape Cod wedding guests.

The space

The Sandy Pines is a classic three-bedroom Cape cottage tucked along a quiet private path in Dennis Port. Its convenient Mid-Cape location makes it an easy base for beach days, wedding weekends, dining, mini golf, and exploring nearby towns.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The cottage sleeps up to five guests in three bedrooms: two bedrooms with full-size beds and one bedroom with two twin beds. Window AC units provide summer cooling; the cottage does not have central air.

LIVING & DINING
The open living and dining area includes comfortable seating, a Smart TV, electric fireplace, games, and space to enjoy meals together.

KITCHEN
The compact kitchen is set up for breakfasts, snacks, and simple meals, with a refrigerator/freezer, new range with convection and air-fry functions, microwave, Keurig, drip coffee maker, cookware, and dining essentials. Please note that there is no dishwasher.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Enjoy the large deck, outdoor dining area, gas grill, enclosed outdoor shower, foot-wash station, and propane fire-pit area with seating for six.

BEACH GEAR
Guests may use two beach wagons, six beach chairs, an umbrella, beach blanket, and sand toys.

GOOD TO KNOW
The cottage has one full indoor bathroom and does not have a washer or dryer. Driveway parking is available for two vehicles.

Guest access

Guests have private access to the cottage’s main level, including the living and dining areas, kitchen, three bedrooms, full bathroom, porch beach-storage area, deck, outdoor shower, foot-wash station, grill, fire-pit area, and driveway parking for two vehicles.

Check-in instructions and a unique door code will be provided before arrival.

The loft/upstairs area and ladder are not available to guests. A roped section beyond the rear deck marks the neighboring property and should not be crossed. The side porch screen door is not an entrance; please use the designated guest entry.

Other things to note

The booking guest must be at least 25 years old and remain at the property throughout the reservation.
Maximum occupancy is five registered guests.
No parties or events.
No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
Up to two approved dogs are permitted with the applicable pet fee. Certain breeds and breed mixes are restricted by the property’s insurance policy; please message us with each dog’s breed, age, and approximate weight before booking.
The cottage uses window AC units rather than central air.
There is no dishwasher or washer/dryer.
The outdoor shower is seasonal, weather permitting.
