The heart of the first floor is a stunning living room featuring a cozy fireplace, a charming window nook, and ample seating — the perfect gathering space for your group. Just steps away, the sunroom is truly the crown jewel of the home: soaring cathedral ceilings, natural skylights, and a sprawling 10-person sectional make it the ultimate space to unwind, recharge, and reconnect with the people you love most.

Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including cooking essentials, lobster pot, spices, nespresso machine, cuisinart drip coffee maker, french press, tea kettle, and more!

OUTSIDE SPACE

Step outside to your personal outdoor resort, the perfect place to unwind after a fun day exploring the cape. The expansive deck & patio features a bubbling hot tub, sauna, an outdoor rain shower, and an outdoor kitchen perfect for summer barbecues. Our dining table on the deck has seating for 10. Our patio features a sofa, chairs, and breakfast nook.

There’s also ample space in our shed for guests to store their bikes and outdoor supplies.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- Minimum booking age is 26 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked
- No parties, events, or large gatherings of any kind.
- Please treat our home as if it was your own. We do not allow shoes in the house to protect the floors and ensure we can keep up our high standard of cleanliness.
- No pets: we love animals, but to keep the home allergy-friendly for all guests, they’re not allowed.
- There is a Minuit noise monitor located in the sun room. It does not record any sound or video just monitors decibel level.
