Just beyond is another wing with the primary bedroom with king bed, ensuite bath with soaking tub and separate shower and the fifth bedroom with 2 twins (can be converted to king) and its own bath with shower. Policy: No partial weeks during summer. No pets allowed. This property has a FRIDAY turnover. Guest limit (10) is the total of adults and children. A reservation fee of $100 and a refundable security deposit of $1000 apply. Security deposit refunds are processed 10 days after checkout. Guests are responsible for providing linens and towels, putting out the trash for pickup, and returning the property to presentable condition. A limited changeover cleaning is included. There are no additional charges.

We have been visiting the Cape for many years , decades. Always renting a new location.I know now that we never found the right house until I came across this treasure, 2 yrs ago. This home is well constructed, very well maintained inside and out. I have not had to run out to purchase something not stocked with this rental other than food supplies the kitchen is suitable for cooking. The gathering rooms are comfortable with enough seating. The bedrooms are just what you need in a rental, very comfortable beds, have not heard once from any of the guest that the bed was uncomfortable, very cozy and comfortable. Locations is great for beaches, as well as Restaurants of course throw shopping in there. All the room decor is perfect not over the top with too much of the owners belongings other than what is needed for a very comfortable stay. The outside area is well appointed with a large yard and amenities such as a fire pit and outdoor shower , enough seating for all to enjoy an outdoor meal prepared on the grill and of course beautiful blue hydrangea First time we have stayed at the same rental, this will be our 3rd season this August . The Real Estate Agency that is renting this home is wonderful to work with, Very prompt service . The homeowners are in good hands the team goes above and beyond to be sure you are getting exactly what you are looking for. We will continue to rent for as long as they will have us!
