Policy: No partial weeks during summer. No pets allowed. This property has a FRIDAY turnover. Guest limit (4) is the total of adults and children. A reservation fee of $100 and a refundable security deposit of $300 apply. Security deposit refunds are processed 10 days after checkout. Guests are responsible for providing linens and towels, putting out the trash for pickup, and returning the property to presentable condition. A limited changeover cleaning is included. There are no additional charges.
